Malware, viruses, trojan horses, etc.: what are they?

Here's an article, using the Wikipedia definitions, that indicates the differences between the various types of malware, which are trojan horses, viruses, adware, rootkits, worms and spyware.

Watch out for all of these.

  2. Yes, fewer people use them (partly because of the price, and the fact that you can't get them just anywhere) so they are less tempting targets for bad people.
