The Resurrection: What it did and does

1 Corinthians 15 bullets

The graphic above is an attempt to illustrate, as a bullet chart, part of what Paul said about the importance of the resurrection, in 1 Corinthians 15.

For more on what the New Testament says about the resurrection, see here. For what N. T. Wright said about the believability of the resurrection, see here.

Thanks for reading, and looking.

1 Peter says ‘All flesh is grass’, apparently unaware that Jesus resurrected body was supposed to be of flesh.

It seems he hadn’t read Wright’s book, which claims that not all flesh is grass.

The author of 1 Peter betrays his ignorance of Wright’s work once more when he said that Jesus was put to death in the flesh and raised in the spirit.

No wonder early Christian converts were very confused about what a resurrection was. They hadn't read their Wright.

Wright may not have it all right, I guess, and I may not, either.

Thanks.
