The Boston Globe has posted 32 spectacular photos from Antarctica, which are well worth seeing.
As of today, at least, no password or special software is needed to see these.

Those are great. I remember seeing the Northern Lights when I lived in Ontario. That one photo of them appears to be taken during the day. I didn't know they ever appeared in daylight.
Well, it may have taken some fancy camera work. These, of course, are the Southern Lights, but they should work the same way.
